Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation. Please note that due to the nature of food and organic products, we do not accept returns for items simply due to change of mind. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The product was out of stock and payment was received in advance, or
  • The returned product was found to be damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be refunded through bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer.
